Order Details: All items are custom made to order and all items included on this site are not refundable or exchangeable for any reason.  No changes or additions can be made after the order closing date.  PLEASE order carefully.  Manufacturer size charts are available for each item to ensure you have the information needed to order the correct size.  No extras will be made. All sales are final.

While every effort will be made to complete all orders within 20 business days (4 weeks) following the order closing date, manufacturers occasionally back order items which will delay the order or possibly necessitate the cancellation of an item.  If an item becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and given alternative options for the item.  Order due date is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please note your child’s name for delivery in the notes section at checkout.
